[EAS] NWS activates EAS at the request of local authorities due to wildfire

The National Weather Service Albuquerque NM activated the Emergency Alert 
System at the request of the San Miguel County Sheriff's Department due to 
a wildfire in Calf Canyon.

NWS used the Fire Warning code.

The New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management 
also issued a Wireless Emergency Alert.

NM DHSEM used the Immediate Evacuation code.

This is a great improvement over the Gatlinberg TN fires, when warnings 
were requested by never sent by TEMA.  And the NWS only activate 
weather radio.

It will be interested to see how well things worked in New Mexico.
