Although there's nothing yet posted in the Federal Register, the letter from FEMA to the FCC regarding the 2021 Nationwide EAS test has been posted in ECFS:

Details:
- Wednesday, August 11, 2021: Primary Test Date
- Wednesday, August 25, 2021: Back-up Test Date "should conditions preclude conducting the test on the primary date".
- Time: 2:20PM EDT (18:20 GMT)
- Event Code: National Periodic Test (NPT)
- Location Code: 000000 (All of U.S.)
- Dissemination: "Primary Entry Point (PEP) facilities" (does not specifically detail if that includes NPR Squawk, Premiere Networks, and SiriusXM Barker Channels).  There will be NO IPAWS dissemination of this test.
- Nationwide WEA Test: To be issued concurrent with EAS test, using WEA Test handling code, thus will be displayed only on devices opted-in to WEA Test messages.
