[EAS] 11.21(d) Foreign Language EAS Actions

We've all been busy with COVID stuff. Does anyone know the status of Part
11, §11.21(d)? Is it now in effect? Or is it still waiting for publication
in the Federal Register or working its way through OMB? Or, did we already
do this?

(d) EAS Participants are required to provide the following information to
their respective State Emergency Communications Committees (SECC) within one
year from the publication in the Federal Register of a notice announcing the
approval by the Office of Management and Budget of the modified information
collection requirements under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and an
effective date of the rule amendment:
