In September our SECC will launch a new Plan -  WA-PAWS (Washington Public
Alert and Warning Systems) an evolutionary step that will provide the
framework to deal with all forms of Public Alert and Warning systems....We
are far from done!

We've never met, but I respect your statements, coming from someone with
years of experience. IMO, Washington has a model state plan. Hope you are
