[EAS] : The time has come

Clay,

Thank you for your tireless and often thankless dedication to EAS. Not only as it applied to the state of Washington, but for your efforts in setting up what has become the Gold Standard of EAS models.

I hope you can enjoy yourself a little more with this passing of a mighty large torch. I doubt that anyone will be able to fill your shoes. We are all fortunate for the leadership that you have brought. EAS is much better off because of your involvement.

All the best in whatever the future holds.
