Note that CD-Rev6 for the Endec 3644 was released on Friday (not required for the NPT however). "95" is the firmware revision number, with periodic minor revs throughout the cycle.

What Dave Kline's C.O. did was what we did last week. I wouldn't get too upset about the stray "P4" notation, as long as I had the major and minor rev numbers on the form, I was happy.
