In spite of the efforts to have specific time zones references removed from ETRS Form submission deadlines. And given that these references were removed for this year's FCC announcement stating those deadlines... You should note that the ETRS Form One - Identifying and Background Information form still indicates that all three forms have a deadline based on "US/Eastern Time."
So I guess a partial, but more significant victory, in that we were granted an extra day to submit Form Two, but the deadline is still in Eastern Time. Sorry west coast, sorry Hawaii, sorry other territories and states to the west. Win some, lose some.
Sean, you were right (as usual) when you noted contrasting federal regulations not necessarily found in FCC rules.
I guess the world does still revolve around the District of Columbia.
