[EAS] NPT Form 1 - Refuses to accept Sage Software Version

I can neither type in the CR-Rev5, P4, nor get it to take it's own 
suggestion of that same software in the drop down list.

Is this a bug or am I screwing up how it's done.  Thanks for help.
