[EAS] [Pubtech] [BC] NWS Status as an EAS Monitoring Source

CAP/IPAWS is more of a delivery system than it is a monitoring source.
We are all required to be connected to it. But what happens below the federal level can vary from state to state.
Start with your SECC to ask the question about what to expect regarding who else besides FEMA is sending what sort of tests down that pipe.
