Set your ignore filter to a low priority and it won't overwrite a pending alert - though you won't get the recording if a higher priority alert is pending, or comes in while the low priority alert is recording. The 3644 works the same way as the 1822 for legacy alerts.

If you set up a filter than only matches the alert you want, set it to

My recollection from the Sage 1822 grey box, it could only buffer one
recording at a time.
Log-only wouldn't bump a pending message, but you don't get a recording.
Timed-ignore would replace a pending message, and record the new message
audio.
I don't recall testing it on the Sage blue 3644. I assumed 3644 had the
same one pending message recording buffer. Did that change in 3644?
