Instead of EAS problems, how about the best 2021 NPT presentation by a TV 
station I found so far. I only considered the parts under the control of 
the station, not any problems with audio from the daisy-chain.

Yes, its possible to make EAS look pretty.  You don't need to make EAS 
look like a bad 1980s graphic generator.
