[EAS] NPT via NPR

Just curious... one of our operational areas relies on a NPR affiliate 
to get our PEP alerts.  On today's test, the audio was great at the 
beginning, and then there was some interference for the last several 
seconds.  Just wondering if it was on the satellite that way or if there 
is a something to troubleshoot at this affiliate.  Anyone monitoring NPR 
have a similar issue?
