Major screw-up in West Virginia.  Our local relay (WXIL) monitors the WV Metro News satellite network, and that is where we get our monthly tests.  Nothing sent by Metro News.  

Was at my St. Marys station, where we monitor both the local relay (WXIL Parkersburg)  and the Wheeling area relay (WOVK).  Was listening to WWVA--sister station to WOVK, --didn't carry the test.  Another engineer thought one of his stations got the test off WOVK--that station is 25 miles closer to Wheeling--but my Sage didn't get it.  I actually carried the test, but it was from WOUB in Athens, Ohio WOUB is fed off the Ohio state ed broadcasting microwave TV feed to PBS WOUB-TV.

Even so, test was noisy here, we had a thunderstorm moving through at the time so could be the WOUB signal. WOVK signal very noisy, so if they actually carried the test, it may have been too nosy to decode.

No WEA alert in our area.
