KQID-FM and KZMZ-FM stations are co-owned by Cenla Broadcasting.
Co-owned stations are allowed to use a shared EAS box for both stations.
Whatever station identifier configured by the engineer is transmitted as
oart of the EAS message (LLLLLLLL-code). A station can use either one (or
both) of its co-owned call signs for the LLLLLLLL-code on both frequencies.
You'll need to ask someone at Cenla Broadcasting or the Louisiana state
EAS communications committee.
It looks weird, but its allowed as long as the EAS daisy-chain
de-duplication checks still work.
