Also, pleased to see this improvement.

I wish NOAA/NWS wasn't going to use the CAP language-specific "senderName" 
field for the coded originator COGID info.  I would have suggested using a 
different field, such as the CAP alert header "source" field for the 
coded originator details.

A problem is the "info" block containing the language-specific 
"senderName" is repeatable, and optional.  Although EAS doesn't use the 
senderName field, it is used by some Internet alerting applications for 
public display.
