[EAS] Butte County EAS Fire Evacuation Warning

SAGE advice Mr. Sean.... ;-)

I still have an old (Gray) EAS box. I have it set to receive off air alerts from my station.
(A confidence monitor, if you will.)
If there are ever any questions about an alert actually airing, I can check the old box.
Got to get to it though before we send another alert because the old box only keeps the audio for the last alert.
