Right on Bill!

Of course to be warned, you have to be tied into something that carries the warnings.
I don't think the gov't has yet mandated that WEA's interrupt someone playing Candy Crush.
Wonder how many of these whiners also whined about getting WEA's on their phone until they learned how to turn them off?
