[EAS] FW: Warning, Again

We had an unusually fast wind push arson-caused fires from Ashland Oregon north to the southern city limit of Medford Oregon (11 miles) in one day (September 8th).
I had to evacuate my home in Medford, but was able to come back the next day. THOUSANDS of homes and businesses in the fires path were not so lucky.
Massive sections of the towns of Phoenix and Talent have been destroyed.

No EAS activations.

And now, we learn that the opt-in "Everbridge" phone system the county uses also wasn't used for anyone in the town of Talent.
