As long as the unit is up-to-date otherwise, Go to the Sage Alerting webpage.  Download the CR-rev5 firmware file.

Go to the Sage unit.

Upload and install the downloaded update from the Upload Firmware button.

After the unit reboots, check the Version button and the bottom line should be " CR-Rev5, P4" if it worked. If the number after the P is less than 4, you need to install those updates as well.

I strongly suggest making a copy of the unit settings prior to any firmware updates.
