Rich--
Yes, this is possible, depending on the CAP program or programs being used
in your state. Here in Nevada, we are setting up our CAP program's email
"contact list" to send an email for all tests and activations to the EAS
Chair and the DEM EAS program managers.

The Local Primary stations for each Operational Area send me a copy of their
EAS logs every week. The "Authorized Alert Originators" send me copies of
the tests and any activations they make during their shifts. I put this
information in a weekly EAS report, along with any EAS news, reminders about
RMTs, equipment updates or FCC EAS actions of note. That report is sent to
almost all the EAS Participants in Nevada--there are a few stations who have
not responded to my requests for EAS contact information. The stations use
the reports to verify their EAS logs during weekly reviews. I can send a
copy of that report to anyone who is interested.

The CAP program email "contact list" will be very helpful for these reports
as well as providing an almost immediate notification of an EAS activation
and alleviate the requirement for agencies to notify the State Chair and the
DEM when an activation is issued.

We are discussing in our AK SECC meeting about a system to send alert logs
AND audio to a central place, like an FTP server.
