[EAS] 5G Attack???

It's T-Mobile only, in several major markets, relating to data services, like texting.  It's not a 5G thing.

Not a broadcast thing either.  Might not even be a WEA thing, since that's over a different channel than other services.  TBD on that last one.

Downdetector is saying that its reports of Verizon and AT&T outages are due to "faulty attribution."  Fancy way of saying oopsie, they were wrong.  Those two carriers were not impacted.
