That's OK Clay.
It's been years in the making for our state to come up with a way to do that.
I've known it was a thing for a couple of years now. Ever since the SECC started talking about dual sources for national alerts.
It just seemed like a lot of effort for something that has never been used intentionally, get's little support, is insufficiently tested, and will only be something that people might hear happened on local radio only after the news outlets have already wrung it dry.
