Thank you Dave for the county list, etc.

I also tend to agree About an improper and likely unnecessary use of WA or EAS.  Perhaps most important, overuse is going to lead to people ignoring these alerts.

I don't think this is necessary, because this is not something sudden, and covid and the various restrictions are certainly getting all kinds of news coverage.

One would've had to be  Living deep in a cave to not be aware of what's going on.
