[EAS] CAP Roller Coaster Fixed

Tried to fix it remotely. Finally had to man-up, or mask-up as the case may be, and make a trip in to the studio. Turns out my DSL modem was acting funny. Did a hard reset (pulled the plug) re-jiggled a setting, and of we go.

Thanks also to Chris and Harold at Sage Alerting for all the phone/email time trying to help. In the process, this old dog did learn a new trick or two thanks to them.
