[EAS] New Part 11 Rules?

It looks like the FCC has made some significant changes to the Part 11
rules. These rules went into effect on April 1. There are expanded
descriptions of PEP stations and EAS plan requirements. I'm sure there are
more changes, but I was looking for some specific information and haven't
had a chance to dig any deeper. 

 

What does the Brain Trust think--Better or Worse??? So far, I think it's an
improvement.
