[EAS] 2019 Honolulu HI accidently sounds civil defense sirens

Yep, today not 2018, September 18, 2019 at 5:45pm local time, Honolulu 
Hawaii mistakenly activated its emergency warning sirens on Oahu and Maui 
during a police department exercise.

The good news, Hawaii state and county EMA officials and NWS Honolulu 
were much quicker responding to the mistaken activation.  They sent out 
messages via twitter and social media, picked up by local media, it was a 
false alarm.
