The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced it will be testing its public civil 
defense warning sirens in Riyahdh and provinces on Thursday, 
September 19, 2019 at 1pm local time.

General Directorate of Civil Defense intends to test the alarm sirens in 
Riyadh and the provinces of (Diriyah-Kharj-Dilam) at 1:00 pm on Thursday 
20/1/1441 H corresponding 19/9/2019.

Defense in Riyadh, Lieutenant Colonel / Mohammed Al-Hammadi, who confirmed 
that this experiment is scheduled in advance and aims to ensure the
