You might also need to have a talk with your sales/tech people and vendors.  One of my clients called and asked about the update to meet FEMA's new requirement.  He left the conversation understanding that he needed v3 AND v4.  No mention that v3 was compliant by itself.  Then when he called BSW to order, their sales person was told the same thing.  Most stations are only concerned with being compliant as cheaply as possible.

I am very sure that I myself was told that v4 was required a few weeks ago...

He ordered both.

He is now trying to cancel the order based on this info.
