Sage has been updating the front page of their web site during the last
couple of weeks.

Updated October 7, 2019

"September" Release (Rev95)

The September release will be released in the next few days. This page
will be updated when we release, and email will be sent to everyone on our
support email list. If you are not on that list, sign up on the support
page.

I'd expect all the EAS vendors (Dasdec, Sage, GR and Trilithic) will
announce availability IPAWS certificate updates sometime in the next 7
days about 30 days before the old Federal Bridge CA expires. Sage is
likely waiting for the new IPAWS certificates, so Sage customers only
need one update this month.

Or the IPAWS program office could surprise everyone, and change their
IPAWS certificate vendor again.
