[EAS] EAS in the County?

Funny....wasn't thinking of that aspect...nor do I encourage it.  Never
the less, a county border overlay would still be useful for when I do
stop.

As a trained spotter for over 35 years, I value the importance of knowing
where you are even though it's not always practical to do so at any given
moment.
