        Well, I think the charitable way to look at
        it was someone decided to make that web
        page and Public Notice, and decided this
        was the way to get attention.

        None of it was critical. Actually, the part
        they did not think through was for the
        person responsible for multiple stations - there
        was no way to identify which station was
        the "reason" for the emails. 

        Yes ... a "test" that was not ready for 
        prime time. For several reasons. 

        Perhaps we can get to and through
        the NPT and Form Two without too
        much more frustration!
