[EAS] Federal Bridge certificate expiration November 8 2019

For the DASDEC at least, a cert file can be simply applied.  No software update/upgrade is needed.  Just uploading of the new gov certs.

We will make the cert available as soon as we get info on it from .gov, and strive to provide as long a lead time on this as possible.

I can't speak for any vendor, but it is possible the un-numbered paid update will include the newest CA. Hence one reason they may have waited.

So again, my time may not be wasted in that regards.
