[EAS] ETRS Form 1 & 2 Extended?

I just noticed on the ETRS Home Page that the filing date for Forms 1 & 2 now shows as 09/23...  I have asked the ETRS help desk for confirmation.

As of yesterday, they were still having odd problems with filings being delayed and of about 20 forms that I have filed or helped file, I received exactly 1 confirmation email.
