[EAS] Need new excuses for multilingual support with global supply chain

On one hand there may be merit.

But there are too many potential languages that may need to be covered.

Hispanic is more or less "Spanish" but varies considerably depending on 
where in Central or South America you came from.  None of them are the 
same as the Spanish in Spain.  One of my high school buddies, native 
"Spanish" speaker, never got more than a "C" in high school Spanish 
because of that.

To round eyes "Asian" is all the same but there are many different and 
incompatible languages spoken there.

When my sister worked in hotels she could say "Good Morning" in more 
than 50 languages.  Do we want to be required to do that many in an alert?
