[EAS] EAS tones on cable show

All jokes about "zombie alerts" aside....the AMC cable program "The Walking Dead" featured several instances of EAS data bursts and alert tones, as part of this past Sunday evening's episode.

I recall we've had this discussion about cable shows being liable for FCC action for airing EAS tones, even though they are technically not broadcast.  Didn't Viacom and ESPN get in trouble for this sort of thing awhile back?
