[EAS] Silos continue - or not

I would liken a snow squall to a "snow tornado" (my words). Instant white-out, strong winds, potential for traffic mishaps. This one caused two deaths on I-80 earlier.

Can anybody closer to the situation verify what EAS code was used for this message? I'd like to make certain the code is in the proper filter category at our facility.
