I swapped in a few FM translators and satellite-fed FM stations this 
month's monitoring pool.  I haven't seen a nationwide RWT issued before.

Alert Translation:
A broadcast or cable system has issued A REQUIRED WEEKLY TEST for the
following counties or areas:
United States;
at 3:02 AM
on AUG 30, 2019
Effective until 4:02 AM.
