[EAS] Digital Signature Verification Errors on DASDEC?

I'm starting to get Digital Signature Verification ERROR: Signer
UNTRUSTED! messages from IPAWSCAP - on just one of my boxes.

This is on Version 3.1-0 - one unit is getting the IPAWS CAP alerts
with no errors, one unit is throwing the error.

Both are showing the Digital Certificate Authority Name as
IPAWS_Valid-until-11-08-2019.crt

I've sent a note to Monroe Electronics, but as you can imagine, they
are probably swamped with requests as we enter 24 hours until the NPT
;)

Any ideas?
