[EAS] CAP Weekly Test on the 8th

Hi all,

First post here...

Was there anything different about the CAP test sent on the 8th?  I had 3 clients that did not receive it that had been receiving CAP/IPAWS normally.  All are Sage units as far as I know.  1 should have the latest cert installed (I updated it) but can't say about the other 2.
