[EAS] Check the on-the-air -- not just the EAS box logs

When I installed my new (Blue) SAGE box, I kept the old one and use it to monitor my station's off air EAS activity.
While it only holds one alert recording at a time and it doesn't email me an audio file, I can still verify that our alerts actually aired.
