Greeted this morning with a note from the the Facebook LPFM board...fellow there missed the window by 30 minutes and is now locked out of both Form 2 and Form 3.

I'm temporary fire man for a 10 station group, their engineer quit end of June to go to work for a TV station. Got the reports in for the 6 stations in my market ( heard most them)--but not the other 4. They were supposed to e-mail me the results yesterday but didn't. So now those stations are locked out.

Apparently these idiots think we need to drop everything for there silly tests. With this kind of arrogance their results are going to be skewed a bit since the last test.

I started out yesterday running some cables and hooking up a Barix for a new morning show we are adding. Went to lunch with my business partner, then he stopped by a client to get copy while I listened for the test in the car. Then when back at the station, filed reports on my three stations, and collected and filed for 14 other stations (7 commercial, 3 non-coms and 4 LPFM's).

Many stations have no engineering help other than the as-needed contract engineers. The LPFM folks particularly may have filing problems. Remember ETRS access requires use of the FCC "master" password that also allows access to any kind of filing that requires FRN/password combinations.

So if they start whining about reporting falling off at the Commission we need to send them some hand mirrors.
