My Blackberry KeyOne/T-Mobile in Fresno at 11:18 AM. Good audio. (TTS?)
For on-air (San Joaquin Valley Operational Area) we got it first at 11:21
from LP-1, KMJ-AM beating LP-2 KFSN-DT and CAP/IPAWS by a couple of minutes.
Audio quality sounded like lo-fi AM (obviously). Forms Two and Three filed
by 11:42 AM. Done! Last year we got CAP/IPAWS first and it did the text to
speech which sounded great on air.

Later in the day we had some EAS Flash Flooding alerts from NWS for the
burned areas near Yosemite National Park with KMJ AM first to hit the Sage.
Between the awful NWS audio and the running thru an AM it was pretty hard to
make some of it out in my car. I think when we implement the new SJVOA plan
that changes our LP-2 to KVPR-FM (NPR), I'll add a weather radio as a third
source to see if that cleans things up any. Lots of hum, compression and
1080 hz alerting tones.
