[EAS] WEA results?

I know our primary interest/responsibility is with EAS... but many of us 
are also interested in WEA.  I was a bit surprised when I did NOT 
receive the WEA alert.  Indeed, only one of the next 2 people I asked 
did.  Hmm.  So... I conducted a poll of my coworkers, most of which 
reside a couple hundred miles away in Boise ID.

Out of 36 staff members that have responded to my poll at this point, 19 
did NOT receive the alert.  There doesn't seem to be any statistically 
significant correlation to the cell providers involved.  I don't in most 
cases know which phone was involved, but no obvious correlation there 
either.  Many who didn't receive the alert commented that they DO 
receive Amber alerts on their phone. Only one specifically indicated he 
was in a poor reception area at the time.  A number who didn't receive 
it specifically indicated they had a good signal.

All in all... not an impressive result.  But... that is what tests are for.
