Attached a copy of the notice that was published in the Federal Register seeking comment required under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) on the information collections within the Alert Reporting System (ARS) and the State EAS Plan templates in the FCC's EAS Order from last April. Interested parties may want to consider submitting comments before the new process goes into development and production.  Comments are due on December 3, 2018.
