Not only that, but as I've written many times,

fails is the business of announcing alerts
for a county. Few people driving through
have any idea what county they are in - and

NWS - and stations - *should* take care to
allow listeners to have an real idea where
the incident is.
This is especially bad when automated stations
play EAS alerts with no followup.
County alone is not sufficient - and should have
been changed/augmented long ago.
