[EAS] Good article on EAS in AK

The system is so complicated and convoluted, will it ever work right? 
Government and tax dollars hard at work.

And who in their right mind would put two disparate, but equally mission
critical operations in the same building ***without emergency or back-up
power?***

And worse yet, admit they don't have funding---even years later---for that
important provision.

Now, I found it interesting one of the post article Facebook comments from
what could be construed as a troll to the party in office there. However
with regards to not having EM power for the NWS and state earthquake
center, is he that far off this many years later???
