[EAS] IPAWS digital certificate updates

For DASDEC and OneNet users, please note that we issued a digital certificate package file for IPAWS digital signature verification.  Just sending another not around regarding this imminent IPAWS digital certificate expiration (Sunday 6/24) .

The new field service bulletin and CA file are available now from the Digital Alert Systems website at www.digitalalertsystems.com/resources_fsb.html. 

If you have digital certificate authentication enabled on your DASDEC or OneNet, then CAP alerts from IPAWS may not be authenticated and transmitted.  IPAWS users who fail to update their equipment before June 24 could see the error message: "Event Log:Digital Signature VERIFICATION ERROR : Signer UNTRUSTED! Check for correct CAP decoder CA file.;"

One-Net and DASDEC customers should go to the website, download the field service bulletin for instructions, and link to the new CA file.  This certificate update was issued in early June.
