Illinois also live code tests the TOR as part it's severe weather week in
early March. As does Indiana a couple weeks later. I concur with Gary's
assessment. TOR's and FFW's are the most common significant hazard
messages out there. So we should test the system going into that season if
for nothing more than a wake up call to the passive public that it's time
to review and practice severe weather responses.
I appreciate live code testing doesn't sit well with some folks. We'll
agree to disagree.
