Washington inside the Beltway has completely lost touch with reality...er
any reality that's not their's. And this extends beyond elected
politicians, their appointees, and transient staff.

In the present "law and order" administration, where the asylum is led by
it's chief inhabitant, and much of the middle class is in denial
ambivalence, no. It's too late until there is a major upheaval in
political leadership.
