[EAS] HI Alert

Did anyone else catch some discrepancies between  the FCC daily release and the conference.

FCC's James Wiley Remarks said " The supervisor played a recorded message over the phone."

At least one occasion Brig. Gen. (RET) Bruce Oliveira stated that the supervisor did not play a recording or push a button but read the script.
